The Family Route is mostly on quiet roads and good tracks and is approximately 24 miles long. It is recommended for all but fit & experienced off-road cyclists as it avoids the worst hills and the muddiest tracks.

Refreshments will be available in Savernake Forest (approximately halfway round)

Although generally speaking the route keeps away from heavy traffic, there are inevitably points where road traffic will be encountered and for this reason it is important that children are adequately supervised whilst riding the route.
